I'll produce a full write-up of today's superb Co-production Implementation Group meeting asap but just had to pass on the introductory remarks of our remarkable CMO Ruth Hussey on co-production: "People say 'it's partnership working - we're doing it already'. We're not doing it already. This is about power."

With people like that on our side we might just succeed in transforming our public services. Time for a celebratory glass of something!

This event is in Bradford – and looks exciting. Fitting well with co-production principles, it's "not about listening to speakers but listening to each other and our varied experiences and knowledge."
