Prevention Matters Time Credits Facilitator, Buckinghamshire

£26-30k pro-rata plus pension

Based in Monks Risborough and Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Contract: Full-time fixed term, 1 year

Spice is working in partnership with Buckinghamshire County Council to integrate Time Credits into Prevention Matters, an ambitious and innovative programme seeking to transform care and support across the county with a focus on prevention, co-production, early intervention and living well. This project will work closely with the County and District Councils, the NHS, CCGs, the voluntary sector and local people to design, develop and deliver services and opportunities that people want and need, increasing time giving and volunteering and enabling people to stay active and involved in their communities and to access services that keep them well.

We are looking for a key team member to help develop this exciting and pioneering programme.
