Background to your work: Founder of All in this Together - a network of citizens, professionals and policy makers aiming to define a vision of co-production for Wales and then to make this the primary method of public service delivery in Wales.
Undertaking cross-sector research in to co-production: what are the essential elements for success; what are the barriers and how can they be overcome. Working with over 90 colleagues in UK and USA and hoping to produce a practical 'tool-kit' for co-production practitioners to use.
