Cohesia’s most recent work in this area has involved Professor Richard Tomlins jointly developing a co-design, co-production and co-commissioning workshop for the Ministry of Justice Social Justice Commissioning Academy.
Richard also co-wrote and won the Department of Health bid for the London Borough of Lambeth to develop a co-commissioning joint integrated health strategy for ex-offenders in the London Borough of Lambeth. The focus was to drive social value from the commissioning process.
In particular, it builds on his work with frequently ignored communities training and paying them to carry out their own research as well as his wider social value work – both through measurement and as an instrument of change.
