Presentations from:

Pam Boyd - Chief Executive, CaST Cymru: Pam will draw on CaST Cymru's work with schools and communities to talk about the impact of community involvement and co-production on educational attainment and pupil engagement.

Paul Thomas - Headteacher, Ferndale Community High School: Paul will inspire us with a presentation on the Rhondda Fach Learning Community initiative which aims to reduce under-achievement and increase aspirations - for schools, pupils, families, and the wider community.

Steve Williams - School Officer, Spice Innovations: Steve will provide an introduction to Time Credits in schools - an approach which is making a difference even for those pupils and families who are usually disengaged.

Jenny O’Hara - Making the Connections Officer, Interlink RCT: Jenny will talk about her co-production toolkit for schools - ‘It Takes a Village to Raise a Child’ - co-produced by Glyncoch Community Regeneration, Aspire, the People & Work Unit along with schools, pupils, families and community members.

Plus time for informal discussion, sharing ideas and networking.
