Background to your work
FutureWales Ltd operates as a social enterprise working primarily in the field of learning and development to facilitate the exploration of new ways of working for Wales to meet the challenges that the future places before us.

FUTUREWALES is cross-sectoral, working equally with public, Third and private sector individuals and organisations committed to sustainable change and social growth, providing support through learning and teaching to make the culture change needed to best embrace future opportunities in Wales and for Wales.

FUTUREWALES designs, creates and facilitates the development of creative spaces, ideas and processes within organisations to allow them to explore and prototype new ideas, creatively and effectively challenge, and actively innovate to mature and grow for the future. This includes providing bespoke learning interventions designed to allow individuals and teams to build confidence so as to utilise their full potential to achieve sustainable results within their business.

Although its focus is primarily Wales and consolidating what we are and do best, FUTUREWALES is connecting more and more with a growing global community of like minded people who are also undertaking this journey of discovery.

hello Philip and welcome to the co-production practitioners network, thanks for joining us!

The practitioners network is supported by nef but all content is developed by members, for members. Do have a good look around and get involved.

Some of the following areas are good starting points;

Network groups – based loosely around geographical regions or interest themes, they also host face to face meetings. I see you've found the Wales network and hope that is useful for you.

Resources and Videos will give you access to the latest documents supporting co-production and bring you face to face with those putting it into practice. Please add your own materials to increase the knowledge base.

The Blog carries the latest news, debate and opportunities for co-production practitioners. See what’s going on, add in your own comments or start a new thread.

nef is currently working on topics raised by network members: gathering the evidence base for co-production; developing practical approaches to commission co-production; delivering presentations and workshops for people who are interested in co-production. Get in touch if you want to know more or contribute.

It would really help to know how you heard about the network and what inspired you to join. Please let me know at lucie.stephens@neweconomics.org that way we can make sure we’re reaching as many co-production practitioners as possible. Also, please share the details of the network with colleagues or contacts you think would be interested.

Look forward to hearing from you,

Lucie

Hi Philip

Great to see another member from Wales...when you have a moment, please join the Wales Group (under 'Networking') - it's where the action is!

Cheers

Ruth
