- The majority of my work is with the Investors in People Framework acting either as an assessor or as support to organisations who wish to use this as a benchmark to improve the way that they work with their employees.
I am often asked by organisations to make suggestions on solutions to their people related issues and do focus on how teams work, clarity of messaging, workplace culture and employee well-being.
