- Crossroads Care Cwm Taf are a registered charity that care for carers. We are a charitable organisation providing services that respond to the needs of carers and the people they support, offering them peace of mind, understanding, and a break. Those we support can be of any age and will be providing unpaid support to family or friends whose health or well-being could suffer without our help. They may care for a relative, partner, child or friend who is ill, disabled or has a mental health or substance misuse. We provide charitable and purchased services.
Crossroads Care Cwm Taf have a social enterprise that is a Community Interest Company called 'Total Care Support Solutions' (TCSS). Total Care Support Solutions (TCSS) provide a wide range of services to the caring, commercial and the wider community (examples below).
