CP Wales: galvanising group

Following an open meeting on Co-production/collaboration and service delivery in Cardiff on 23 February I'd like to try to set up an action group to galvanise others, bring interested parties together and get co-production to the top of the Welsh Government's participation agenda. What do you think?

Is the 23rd meeting with Elke in place of the 28th (as mentioned in your blog-see I do read it:-)) ?

Hope it may be possible to join this via Skype, video/audio conference or webinar even, as I have another commitment in North Wales on 23rd? I read Elke's Guardian article and am very interested to hear her speak in Cardiff.

I think it's a great idea to establish an action group and I'd be interested in contributing to this

I'm afraid it is 23rd, not 28th (unless my brain has stopped again - always a possibility). Not sure if an electronic link up will be possible but I will certainly find out. And if not I'll feed everything back to you. Delighted that you are interested in being part of the galvanising group. Offer accepted! Also, there was some discussion about the links between action learning and co-production at the London Network. I'm meeting with Emma to talk about the obvious synergies next week and will let you know what we come up with.

yes please...Rachel Jones from Cardiff Council's Partnerships office is kindly helping me with finding an appropriate venue so I'm not sure yet what will be possible but at least if one end is set up we are half way there!

Patchwork Circles, as the North Wales network for co production would need to be represented on any all Wales action group. Due to the geography and possible lack of video link up we will not be present at the meeting in Cardiff so there is a danger that our contribution will be lacking from any action going forward.
