Co-production practitioners network

A network for co-production practitioners

All in this Together 2: towards a Welsh co-production model for public service delivery
Wednesday 4 April, 2.00-5.00, Cardiff City Hall.
Stage two in our aspiration to:
  • define a Welsh vision of co-production that builds on our traditions of mutualism and cooperation
  • make this Welsh model of co-production the primary method of service commissioning/delivery in Wales
  • and, in the process, revitalise communities, empower individuals and make the world a better place!
Tickets for this event are now available via Eventbrite. All welcome. Hope to see you there.

Programme:

Nick Dixon, Commissioning Manager at Stockport BC,
will give a presentation on Stockport’s People-powered Health project and how they have managed to transform their organisational culture, encouraging a creative, values-based, co-productive approach.
Becky Booth, co-founder & Programme Director of Spice social enterprise, and Geoff Thomas, founder & Chief Executive of Time Banking Wales, will talk about the Welsh experience of time banking and co-production, and on the leading role that Wales is playing in this regard.
Action Network group session

At the last meeting, participants identified 4 main strategic themes: communicating, collaborating, evidencing, advocacy & influencing. This session will be used to clarify the detail of each theme, and to discuss ways in which we might each contribute to a successful outcome.

Unfortunately I might have to miss this as I might be in Newquay that day (will only find out a few days in advance).

Hi Laura

We have a bigger room this time so you are welcome to just turn up - I'm sure we'll find a space for one of your calibre. And if not, enjoy Newquay.

Cheers

Ruth

Thanks Ruth - good to know there's space!
