The Centre for Well-being at the new economics foundation have just released a Guide for Practitioners, answering these questions. It is designed primarily for voluntary organisations and community groups delivering projects and services, to help them kick-start the process of measuring well-being outcomes.

It could be a great tool for gaining a new angle on your project and its outcomes.
