A network for co-production practitioners

Recruiting: Partnership Support Projects Officer

We're looking for someone excited by new challenges and who isn't scared to pioneer new ideas and ways of working. You will be part of a team which focuses on creating the conditions for people (affected by cancer - in the broadest sense) to live well in whatever way that makes sense to them. You will help to pioneer a new place based way of working, supporting individuals and communities to take the lead in defining what they have, want and need to manage their condition and support others in their communities to do the same.

This role requires a mix of practical experience of working directly with organisations, people, groups and communities, programme development and strategic thinking and influencing. The successful candidate will have proven experience of successfully bringing partners or senior stakeholders, with different needs and agendas, together to develop and work towards a shared vision. You will have experience of conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, analysing data, identifying trends, reporting key findings and using evidence to co-produce solutions with the end beneficiaries. A key element of this role will be leading the development of the Good Together programme.

We’re looking for a committed and ambitious individual to take on this multi-faceted and exciting role. In return, we commit to actively developing you and offer excellent benefits including include BUPA, life assurance, pension, childcare vouchers, generous leave, and interest free loans for season ticket and gym membership.
