Leadership and design are really important in achieving the individual/family/community outcomes and systems reform possible through LAC

The Local Area Coordination Network will continue to develop guidance and provide support in effectively designing and developing Local Area Coordination.

In the next issue we will explore the LAC Framework - core aspects/requirements for the effective design, development and delivery of LAC to deliver long term outcomes and reform.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to find out more or would like to start planning for LAC in your area.
