City of London, in partnership with Spice, are looking for a Community Development Officer that will support a range of exciting projects led by local communities and drive forward the local Time Credits network development.

Make your mark on history in the East of the City of London and shape an exciting project that will make a real difference in the lives of those that live, work and travel in the area. This is a project like no other that will enable individuals from across different sectors of the community to write, design, produce and deliver a community play of artistic excellence in Spring 2017.

On top of seeing this community play through conception to completion you will also be working to deliver a series of projects such as a float for the Lord Mayor's show 2015. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about enabling communities to take the lead to deliver meaningful and sustainable change.

This is a challenging position but if you are able to manage multiple strands of a project, have a background in community development or volunteer engagement and take pride in seeing others' successes then this is the role for you.
