A network for co-production practitioners

Co-production: links to learning and assessment resources

Hello fellow co-producers. As a newbie to the list I thought you'd be interested in being referred to some free resources in the co-production/new democracy/partnerships areas. Most of this came about from a study of 80 practitioners involved at some level in co-production. (then called empowerment practitioners)

Firstly here is one of six resources from the Empowerment Tools series.  It makes clear the theoretical difference between treating people in the public domain as customers or as citizens and the implications: http://www.jimsimpsonconsultancy.co.uk/resources-library/management....  When you land on this page there is a listing of the other 5 papers all hyper-linked.

Co-production requires professionals in the public arena to adopt a facilitative and co-operative style of management. Here is an original paper on the subject that evolved following the study mentioned above: http://www.jimsimpsonconsultancy.co.uk/resources-library/discoverin...

Happy discovery and comments welcomed.
