A challenge to co-production practioners

The Welsh Tenants www.welshtenants.org.uk are looking for 2 women to present in a plenary discussion The Key Principles and Practices of Co-production to an audience of around 170 delegates. Why 2 women - well this is the first 2 day women only speaker event in support of the Chwarae Teg 50:50 campaign http://www.cteg.org.uk/50:50  The event is a highly successful and widely accessed 2 day housing conference. The audience is mainly tenant volunteers, tenant board members and housing and voluntary sector practioners.  

Uniquely, we are asking the presenters to work with a group of tenants (8-10) with Welsh Tenants over one day to design a tenant support service that helps tenants both access and maintain a tenancy.

The session will focus on outlining the key principles and practice of co-production and then the practical demonstration of the outcomes from the involvement with tenants.
