Co-production practitioners network
A network for co-production practitioners
Another successful Coproduction Roadshow took place in Birmingham. A very big thank you to our colleagues at Governance International for co-hosting and to the speakers and delegates for making the event so rich, vibrant and interesting!
Tony Bovaird and Elke Loeffler, from Governance Internationalopened the day with a definition of co-production. They were followed by a brilliant thought-provoking address by Paul Sheehan, CEO of Walsall Counciland by Jim McManus' (director of Public Health at Birmingham City Council) excellent practical insight into what co-production means to frontline staff.
The workshops showcased co-production in practice through the work of: In Control, Fairshares and Timebanking UK, Solihull Environmental Champions, and Birmingham City Council's employment advice service for refugee workers.
