Hello Carmel,
I am working on a co-design project with a group of mental health service users and practitioners to design pathways to self-directed support. More information on the our website www.pilotlight.iriss.org.uk. We watched the SCIE video about the Stockport mental health pilot and the co-design team members asked me to make contact with you to get more information, particularly around contingency planning and crisis support.
