- Heritage2health(h2h) is a unique collaborative method of shared learning and community engagement which brings together three sectors education, health and social care providers, the countryside/heritage sector. It seeks to bring these rich and diverse sectors together to enhance the capacity of each to work with vulnerable groups to promote well-being, support recovery and inclusion. The central mechanism for the collaborative approach is the staging of h2h events at National Trust and English Heritage sites.
Students and staff in health, social care and the arts link with people of all ages and abilities, to jointly plan and host team challenge events in heritage spaces. The historic and open space is used as a creative place to enable participants to design and host a shared challenge, physical, creative or social. Following events participants are linked to further community, educational or volunteering opportunities. The focus is to work with people who consider themselves to be excluded because of age, disability, the demands of caring and those who are socially isolated.

Join Co-production practitioners network
Hello and welcome to the co-production practitioners network Theresa, thanks for joining us!
The practitioners network is supported by nef but all content is developed by members, for members. There's over 700 of us now from a wide range of backgrounds. To make the most of this fantastic resource, and in the spirit of co-production, do give others the chance to get involved by asking them to help you or sharing your skills with others.
Some of the following areas are good starting points;
Network groups – join your regional group for face to face and online contacts close to home. There's a strong network in London if you're looking for some local face to face contacts. Their next meeting is planned for the mid-January - check the blog for details.
Resources and Videos bring co-production to life - add your own and view others. Your work sounds really interesting, please do share any materials you have so that other members can find out more.
The Blog carries the latest news, debate and opportunities for co-production practitioners. See what’s going on, add in your own comments or start a new thread. It would be great if you could add a short blog on your work. It needn't be much more than you have included in your profile but unfortunately other members don't always check everyone's profiles. I think it would trigger some interest in your work and would be valuable for other practitioners.
