To help people working in or within organizations and projects (including volunteers and service users) operating cross-sector, to take and use learning and development support, in a way that is both more pro-active and also works for them in bringing about change. The focus of such work is very much about enabling people to have ownership of and shape any change process by enabling them to:

* Develop approaches to leadership and management that will facilitate better succession planning.

*Achieve more effective change through collaborative joint partnership venturing and strengthened grass-roots front-line group and team-based joint working practices.

*Measure what difference is made or not over time from the perspective of those directly affected in ways that capture vital outcomes and also help sustain change through legacy.
