- I'm a person centred planning coordinator promoting person centred practices to support people with learning disabilities. Coproduction is at the core of person centred practice, involving the person, their friends and family directly in every decision making, as well as using techniques like 'Working Together for Change' to influence the strategic direction of the services that support them.
I'm an accredited Essential Lifestyle Planning facilitator trainer.
