Dear Kirsty
I am a first year PhD student at Cardiff Business School looking at Patient engagement in healthcare improvement . I am very interested in the services literature and the recent papers promoting Public service dominant logic for public sector organisations and its contribution to patient enaggement. I have noted that you have been doing work around co-production and have some work in press as well as a chapter in the Handbook of Innovation in Public Services. I wondered if you had any other papers which are publicly available, as I noted you also presented on this work at BAM in 2009. Many thanks Wendy
