- I work across Wales supoorting the development of CoPro Communities. I use visual facilitation to communicate, increase engagement and enable people to achieve their aims. In Wales I am currently working with teams in the areas of community regeneration, entrepreneurship, equality and business development. I am co-delivering a Co-Production series of events in North Wales designed to explore how Co-production can be used to create self-empowered and resiliant communities. In other parts of Wales I am facilitating events to enable people to define how co-production can be used to deliver their services more effectively with people at the centre and start of decision-making.
