Mental Health service user led charity, established to monitor, evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness of all mental health provision. Operated in partnership with users of MH services through stakeholder events, forums and influencing decisions at a commissioning level. In addition, Impact MH offers an information, signposting and advocacy led service by peer support groups within the organisation. A young organisation, positioned to embrace the principles of working co-productively.
