- I am a strategy manager based in the Communications and Strategy Service of the Chief Executive's Department. I manage a small team that focuses on establishing and supporting partnerships and networks with purpose, public sector integration and efficiency, voluntary sector development and commissioning; I am the lead officer for establishing the statutory health and wellbeing board and working out the opportunities that health reform can bring to Cornwall.
