I'm working as Improvement & Development Manager in Public Health, we have just developed our Health Equity Strategy -Communities in Control which has co production at the heart of it. I led the Engagement/Consultation workstream and I am now supporting the 'culture change' aspects of the implementation. My background was clinical initially but I have been working in Organisational Development/ Change management for some years. I am committed to Community Led/ Assets based approaches and have introduced and supported development of local innovative projects.

How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately.I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on this email( ubabawauh@gmail.com ) for the full details, Have a nice day
I've just been pointed in your direction by Lucie Stephen... and realise you are working with Fiona at SCDC who I know ... anyway I just joined up to the network and am involved with a group in Argyll in Bute (COuncil/NHS/local social enterprise network/third sector partnership) which has been working together for a couple of years to find effective ways to transition toward co-production... we're just starting to plan an event in September with the Council, where we plan to share a draft of a story of the work and hopefully we'll then share it on into this network and elsewhere. I've put a bit more on my profile page but I've been tasked with trying to find a couple of fairly high profile speakers who might be able to spice things up, sharing stories of the challenges and successes of co-production work in other regions to help to reinforce or challenge some of the findings of our own work.
Lucie suggested that you might be the person to talk to!
Thanks in advance for any suggestions...
Best wishes

Hi again - yes, let's talk at 10.30 tomorrow. I'll call your mobile.
I know Hazel well! Worked with her a few years ago, agree she's great!
Cheers
