- I have been working in Allerdale, Cumbria on a Community Development Project with Age UK and Macmillan Cancer Support this was a pilot to Improve the lives of people in Cumbria affected by cancer.
I managed to set up new services such as support, exercise, and health. It also involved working with other organisations, Stat, Vol, Health etc.
I am now involved in the Nesta project with Age UK West Cumbria and have joined in after a colleague had to leave. So, I am new to Coproduction and have joined a project 6 months into it's development.

Welcome to the Coproduction Practitioners Network, the meetings are well worth attending if you get the chance, an excellent opportunity to share best practice with others in the field, next one is on 15th December. The next one in the New Year will be in Manchester. There are a few of us in Cumbria, which is great. The CMHG are holding a training event next week if you are interested.
