MINOLTA PROGRAM 4000AF MANUAL >> READ ONLINE
I will probably get an old flash for free, which is a Minolta program 4000 AF. I know that it won't work in auto mode. Note that manual on-camera flash is a usability nightmare -- far worse than manual shutter speed/aperture. Reason being that small changes in distance result in large changes in flash (This is not the Sunpak 4000AF for Minolta, it is the Minolta branded Maxxum 4000AF) Originally posted at 10:18PM, 25 September 2008 PDT (permalink) It's just Mark edited this topic ages ago. I checked the operating manual for the flash and, yes, it does say that the unit will go onto to battery mode (Programmed AE with program shift), Exposure mode A (Aperture priority), S (Shutter priority), M (Manual) TTL Metering using 14 segment. Shutter Electronically-controlled, vertical-traverse, focal-plane shutter 30s - 1/4000s, Bulb Shutter speed range Flash sync.: 1/160s (Anti-shake OFF), 1/125
