Hey, I just successfully upgraded my Asus Zenfone 5 from Kitkat to Lollipop. I had already V2.22.40.54 installed from OTA (automatic update), The OTA update for Lollipop is still not available on Zenfone 5 but you can update it manually by downloading the Lollipop files to your mobile.
