Is this an example of co-production?

I've heard recently about a project in Lewisham in which members, (I think from Lewisham Pensioners' Forum, I'll ask about it at their hustings on Tuesday 27th April) visit Residential Homes to chat to the residents and staff and to encourage good practice and generally monitor them. I am very interested in this project and as I read this morning about co-production, I thought this kind of project seems a good example of co-production.  I suggest that professionals cannot possibly have time to monitor all their 'targets'(?) of this type often enough or for long enough, but of course can help set up groups that can, and provide essential advice and support.
