How can we make a start with co-production?

It was wonderful to join in the big meet-up in north Wales last week.  (Diolch yn fawr i bawb oedd yna!) A number of people asked me to post this helpsheet, so that we can try it out and let each other know how we get on.  I had hoped to do this following the equally fabulous south Wales events that I attended but I have only just got the technology to work (!) so big apologies to southwalian colleagues for the delay. (I hope this works...)
