Co-production practitioners network

A network for co-production practitioners

Hi all

I have developed some staff guidance - basic pieces around listening, informing, involving and meetings with people who use our services and their carers.

The team that sign off this guidance before have asked that I provide some evidence as to why I have said we should provide lunch for people if meetings run over lunch time.

Apart from answering the obvious - because it is common courtesy and people should not be out of pocket or made to bring a lunch (that we don't keep chilled!).

There are various pieces I've read that support this being good practice however they are 10yrs old. Does anyone know of any nation guidance that explains this well?
