Co-production self reflection audit tool

Has anybody had the chance to look through and apply the co-production self reflection audit tool yet? Would be really interested in getting feedback on it, and even seeing any scanned copies of completed audits if you're able to add them onto your profile..

Hi Julia
We are now in the process of rolling it out to officers in commissioning and planning. The intelligence from this piece of work will inform our approach towards co-production and a different relationship in the delivery of services. One of the things we will need to consider is how we move from the basic and getting there to excellent. Areas we are working on are engagement with carers issues and mental health service delivery. Early indications are that services range from below basic to the lower regions of excellent. It would be great to have an evaluation tool which gives indications of actions required to get there.

I am interested in the audit tool but can't find it on web site.  I hd expected to find it in the publications section but didn't seem to be there.  Any idea how I can get hold of it?
