By valuing young people in communities we stimulate youth led social action to bring about real community improvements for the benefit of all local residents. We support and train young people to work in an enterprising way to ensure we build a sustainable network. We actively engage with under-represented young people to bring more diversity to community thinking as by doing so, we create the most significant social impact.
