Background to your work
I am very interested in coproduction, and mutual learning, and non hierarchical organsiations. I believe that they can be the most creative, enjoyable environments to work in, where power is shared and difference is celebrated. I have completed study last year exploring non hierarchical community projects. In my role I help facilitate non hierachical groups and peer to peer learning environments. I am also involved in community development work where I live particularly exploring co learning and wish to explore more co production together

    Hi Suzanne,

Welcome to the group. I'd be really interested to hear more about the study you completed last year. We have found many examples of co-production taking place despite their organisations being extremely hierarchical (such as some NHS examples) but many organisations - particularly the not for profits - who are trying to embed co-production find themselves increasingly uncomfortable with the clash between working culture and organisational structure.

Perhaps this is something you would consider doing a short blog about on the main page? I'm sure other members of the network would be interested.

    Cheers,

    Lucie

Dear, I picked interest on you after going through your page profile and demand it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here on coprod-network.ning.combecause it is a public site. Could you please get back to me to my private email contact address ( janerollins145@yahoo.com ) so that we can discuss privately. My regards, Jane
