Story-telling for co-production

When people ask us to explain co-production, most of us tell stories. We talk about the first time we saw co-production in practise and how that experience changed us, or tell a story of transformation from a project we are part of. Stories can be incredibly compelling for listeners. They can allow us to share both the challenge and the potential of co-production.

At this next meeting of the London Co-production Practitioners, we will focus on our stories of co-production and how we tell them. We'll draw on the skills of the network to share tips and tools for telling honest, but mobilising stories.

• Your story of self. What this is, how to write it and how it can move other people to act.
• Storyboarding. How to shape your story so it has a beginning, middle and end.
• Social media. How to use social media to create or publish an online story.
• On screen. Practise story-telling in front of the camera.
