SUMMARY:Sixth London Co-Production Practitioners Network Meeting
DESCRIPTION:This follows on from the last, interesting event hosted by
Lambeth Council and Helen Sharp, the commissioning manager for Young
People's services, where we talked about coproduction in young people'
s services and the challenges of coproduction in the public sector.\nT
his next event, which will be the sixth meeting of the London Network,
has been organised by Nicola Kingston, who many of you will have met
at the last meeting. \nThis time we will be talking about Coproductio

funded by National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Collaboration
for Leadership and Applied Health Research and Care (CLAHRC) for Nort
hwest London, hosted by Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust w
ith Imperial College as the main academic partner. We are working with
them to spread the ideas of coproduction in health and wellbeing serv
ices.\n\nWe would also like to talk about :\n\nhow you evaluate such p
rojects to look at the benefits of coproduction as well as other proje
ct outcomes\nhow you recognise the involvement of volunteers and any p
olicies you have in place for this\n\n\nSo we will lead a discussion o
n this, and would love to hear from you about your experiences and /or
reports on this.\n\nSo the agenda is shaping up :\n\nNicola Kingston
and the Diabetes Improvement team will talk about peer educators, ment
ors and champions and coproduction in practice\nWe'll then have an ses

ith on this\n\n The final part of agenda for the morning has been left
open for you to set with your suggestions for themes, questions you w
