We are currently undertaking a small research project at Community Links looking at 'platforms' (these can be events, spaces, organisations etc.) that encourage the conditions for care and support without being explicitly aimed at such an outcome.

More than 100 organisations and individuals have pledged support for our proposal to establish a Co-production Network for Wales. They include the Care Council, the Bevan Commission, Public Health Wales, Joseph Rowntree Foundation, Wales Public Services 2025, the Aneurin Bevan Health Board, Royal College of Physicians, our Sustainability Commissioner and Plaid Cymru's leader Leanne Wood. At nef we want to find out how individuals, communities, organisations and institutions (including local authorities and services) have reacted to the programme of austerity which began in 2010. With the support of Barrow Cadbury Trust and the City Bridge Trust, we are conducting research into Responses to austerity.
