The relational basis of empowerment

Hi everyone,

I have just uploaded a new Centre for Welfare Reform to the resources site - here: http://coproductionnetwork.com/page/adult-social-care

I really recommend reading this report if you are interested coproduction and people with intellectual disabilities. It is in parts theoretical and practical, and always interesting.

Thanks

Coproduction and Scale

A quote that really applies to the scaling up of coproduction question

“There’s no problem with upscaling if you’re doing something like buying paperclips. But most public services rely on human relationships, so upscaling leads to a huge degradation in the quality of service.”

Hi Joe

I'm hoping to contact the co-ordinators of 4 of the regional Network groups in relation to a research project I am doing on co-production (intended outcome is a practical co-production 'tool-kit') but the only method seems to be through asking to be their Facebook friend. Is there an easier method?

Thanks

Ruth
